The origins of this standard contractors tank can be traced back to 1888, when the first 24 ton locomotive was built. Construction of this type lasted until 1946, with various tweaks and modifications made to the design. By the end of building 88 had been completed and could be found performing various industrial private owner duties.
This charming kit-built model has been finished in dark green as 'Jean'.
