Product Information

With the prototype of the class needing little introduction, this excellent DJH kit-built depiction of the type has been finished in Post-War Garter Blue with Chrome Lettering as No. 3 'Andrew K. McCosh'.

Built in 1937 No. 3 started life as No. 4494 'Osprey' and was firstly allocated to Heaton Shed. Renamed in 1942, the locomotive ended its days at Kings Cross and was withdrawn and later scrapped in 1962.

Featuring heavy cast metal construction the model here is a smooth runner and is in excellent condition.
