Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Constructed to an excellent standard from a Connoisseur Models brass kit, this lovely little model depicts J72 no. 68672, an engine that spanned the centuries. Introduced by the NER in 1898, it soldiered on into BR days until 1961, spending its last two decades based at both Neville Hill and Hull (Dairycoates).
In-house weathering by Neil Armitage is available to any Darstaed product, and some of our upcoming Ellis Clark Trains products. Neil has a fantastic reputation and has produced some stunning customised items. All his work is bespoke and items can be weathered as lightly or heavily as you wish.
