Regional Railways's amusing reference to George Orwell is depicted here in the shape of the Heljan Class 31, model number 3142. Superbly numbered and weathered by Tower Models and featuring DCC Sound via a Loksound 5XL decoder this is an excellent example of one of the few class 31's to feature Regional Railways livery.
