Heljan Finescale O Gauge Class 40 BR Green (Unnumbered) with Headcode Box

1 item left

The English Electric Type 4, later Class 40, was one of the earliest new locomotives in Britains 'dieselisation' programme, but turned out to be one of the more successful designs. Introduced in 1958 the fleet saw active service in to the late 1980's appearing over most of the network at differing times. Heljans sturdy model captures the scale of these iconic locos and shown here is one of the later builds which appeared with the four character headcode box (Heljan model No.4061). In BR Green with small yellow panels the model is in near mint condition.
