Help & Support
The Collet-designed Class 58xx were primarily built for branch-line use. Essentially identical to the 14xx class, they lacked the necessary equipment for working Autotrains. The engine depicted here (Dapol item no.7S-006-050) dates from 1933 and survived until 1961. In overall excellent condition, the model is presented in pre-Nationalisation livery, with 'Great Western' lettering and buffer-beam numbering.
