Help & Support
If you have wondered what you can do with an ex-Lima 4F then this may be the answer! With Slaters wheels and a heavy dose of Plasticard we have a very reasonable conversion of the Lima 4F to an Aspinall-designed 0-6-0 of 1909 vintage. The model requires some work to improve to A1 condition but is a fair representation of the real thing.
*Please note that items sold via The Workshop are not covered by our usual warranty and are intended as project pieces requiring maintenance and/or rectification.

Condition Description |
The loco runs albeit hesitantly and requires attention to pick-ups and a general/thorough clean. An excess of oil on all moving parts requires removing in addition to surface restoration of the (Slaters) wheels which are slightly oxidised from storage in damp conditions. The model is heavily weighted and should ultimately run well. |
