Finescale O Gauge Kit-built Gladiator Models 'LMS Jubilee' No.5653 'Barham'

1 item left

Alongside many of its class-mates Jubilee 4-6-0 locomotive No.5653 'Barham' commemorated the great men of the British Navy, specifically here Admiral Charles Barham, one-time First Lord of the Admiralty.  Six years after its appearance from Crewe Works it would also sadly pay tribute to HMS Barham, the only British battleship sunk during World War Two. The model, from a Gladiator kit, is well-made and in excellent condition, benefitting from an ABC gearbox delivering very smooth running.
