The Class 47's, or Brush Type 4 as they were first known in the early 1960's, were the most common main line diesel on the British rail network numbering over 500, with many surviving today on the main line and in preservation. This Just Like The Real Thing kit-built model faithfully captures the fine lines of the class, and benefits from both DCC Sound and a light realistic weathered finish.

Condition Description	Kit-built to a very good standard from a JLTRT resin kit. Light weathering applied with no apparent paint defects. The sound file is generic and the model would benefit from the sound re-blowing to a true Class 47 sound file. Runs well with can motor sat in a brass chassis driving the two outer wheels on one bogie via a helical gear arrangement. Slight buzzing at low speed.
