Painted by Warren Heywood, this is an excellent example of Bachmann's all-brass Class 04 shunter in BR Green. Built for shunting and local trip work that was fast disappearing, these small but rugged shunters had generally short lives, with D2314 enjoying only seven years in front-line British Railways service.

Condition Description |
In near mint condition overall. Lightly weathered, with a small scuff mark to the roof, also minor white marks to the rear buffer. Slight hesitation at very low speed. Writing and marks on the box. |
