New to Parkhead shed in 1958 D3214 spent all its early years in Scotland before an eventual move south, ending its days at Doncaster in 1980, a casualty of reducing workloads. With a Warren Heywood paint and weathering finish it is presented here in a 1960's livery of BR Green with late crest. Lightly weathered the wasp stripes are particularly crisp in application.

In near mint condition overall with light weathering. Some marks to the weathered buffers from 'buffering up'. The model runs smoothly albeit is slightly hesitant at low speed. Writing and marks on the box. |
