The Lee Marsh Model Company is synonymous with exquisite detail and superb running qualities married to intricate all-brass construction. Their models feature impressive DCC sound but can also be run on analogue layouts.
Collet's 'Castle' no. 7027 entered service in 1949 and was but a teenager by the time of her withdrawal in 1963. The engine enjoyed spells at many of the Western Region's top-link sheds, including Laira, Swindon and Old Oak Common; her namesake castle is a rather magnificent structure to the north of Bristol, which can be enjoyed today as a a hotel and restaurant.
