Masterpiece Models' imposing rendition of the Western Hydraulic Class 52 appears here in 1970s BR Blue as D1070 'Western Gauntlet'. New from Crewe Works in late 1963, D1070 acquired its blue suit in 1969 but remained in service for only seven more years.
Beautifully detailed and featuring a wealth of advanced features, the model is fitted with DCC sound and is model number 125 of a production run of just 140.

Condition Description |
In excellent overall condition. One of the bodyside window frames is missing half its glazing, and one lamp is missing its lens cover. There is a light scratch on one side of the body, and the BR logos on both sides are flaking. |
