Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Built to a competent standard from the RJH kit is this Scotrail liveried class 47. Driving off one axle on each bogie the model provides a realistic version of the one time Brush Type 4, its manufacture date being a long way before the later Heljan model.

Single axle drive on each bogie. Traction would improve by fitting Delrin chain (not supplied) to additional axles on each bogie - the RJH bogies have existing cut-outs to enable this. |
