Golden Age Models Finescale O Gauge Merchant Navy Class 4-6-2 No.35030 'Elder Dempster Line'

Notify me when this product is available:

Elder Dempster Lines began shipping operations in the mid-Victorian period and a number of their vessels' names were carried by railway locomotives, including some class 40 diesels, but the most remembered is probably Bulleid's final Merchant Navy locomotive, No.35030. Emerging post-Nationalisation in 1949 No.35030 ran to the end of Southern steam in 1967, but unlike 10 other members of its class it was not saved for preservation. Our model here from the Golden Age stable superbly captures the power and poise of these wonderful Pacifics in their re-built style.  In near mint condition and fitted with DCC Sound this is a fabulous reminder of post-war Southern steam.
