BR's Class 15s (or BTH Type 1s) were perhaps best known for their haphazard reliability but were nonetheless regular performers on East Anglian branch lines as well as from East London depots during the 1960s. This example depicts D8204 in full BR Green with route indicator disks, which was built in 1958 and withdrawn in 1971.
