Known as 'Mudhens', the Denver & Rio Grande K-27 Class engines numbered 15 examples, of which two have survived into preservation. This rather special model from Mountain Model Imports in On3 gauge has been factory-painted to depict loco no. 486, which was retired from service in 1951. Featuring brass construction, the loco is in excellent near-mint condition.
