Built by the American Locomotive Company in 1916, around 100 of these locomotives were built for use by the War Department. It is thought three of these have been preserved with one being a narrow gauge celebrity known as "Mountaineer II" preserved at the Ffestiniog Railway.
This Roundhouse depiction is in mint, un-steamed condition.
