Kit/Scratch Built Gauge 1 DB Red/Cream Electric Locomotive 'E03 001', DCC Sound
This item is from a stunning single-owner, lifetime collection of British, American & Continental G Scale & Gauge 1 locomotives, coaches & wagons. All models have had an initial clean although some may require a little extra polishing/dusting.
The collection is a mix of items which have been run outdoors and those which have either been on display or have been collected and have remained in their original or respective boxes.
The loco has been built with a plastic/resin body, die-cast bogies and some parts in brass. Although it doesn't bare a maker's mark, it would appear that this is loco built in a small run/batch of models.

All our gauge 1 models are track tested.
Overall, the model is a good runner. Unfortunately, it does tend to stutter slightly at low speeds and would benefit from some good running in.
The loco is fitted with a lenz sound decoder and has been set to address No. 03
