Bachmann Brassworks Finescale O Gauge Class 03 Shunter No. D2152, BR Green, Pro Weathered

1 item left

Built in considerable numbers at BR workshops from the late 1950's onwards, the 204 horse power Class 03 locomotives were amongst the most successful shunter designs built at that time. Ultimately condemned to their fate as wagon-load freight and small depots disappeared some did however soldier on to the late 1980's. The Bachmann Brass model here, painted and weathered by Warren Heywood, captures the look of the class around the mid to late 1960's before most of them turned corporate blue.  An excellent loco for a small shunting yard or depot scene.
