From a DJH kit an excellent example of the very pleasing Standard Two locomotive. Built at Darlington Works to Robert Riddles' design these useful locos were a near copy of the Ivatt designs from some years previous. The model is well constructed and finished, and an excellent runner courtesy of the multi-stage gearbox. It has been lightly weathered and carries the shed-plate for 1A Willesden, its last shed before withdrawal in 1965.
