Sayajirao the engine was sprinting up and down the East Coast main line from her Peterborough base at around the same time Sayajirao the racehorse was gathering trophies in the late 1940s. This DJH model is likewise a surefooted performer and has been authentically weathered.

Condition Description |
In excellent overall condition. A replacement tender connection draw bar has been fitted. Some cab glazing is missing. There are small chips to paint on the locomotive chassis and running plate. The smoke deflector paintwork also has a mark above the nameplate. The tender has some small chips and scrapes across the fallplate/ backhead area. |
