Finescale O Gauge (Kit-Built) LNWR Webb Waterloo Class No. 90 'Luck of Edenhall', LNWR Lined Black

1 item left

Reminiscent of the earlier Precedent and Improved Precedent classes, the LNWR 'Waterloo' class engines were constructed between 1889 and 1896 with 90 built in total.  The locomotives replaced the earlier 'Samson' class and inherited those engines' numbers and names. All were withdrawn by 1936, with none preserved.

This wonderful model, believed to be from a Mercian kit and painted by Ian Rathbone, has an exceptional wealth of detail, including a perfectly realised backhead and a working representation of Joy Valve gear between the frames.
