The Peppercorn A2 was a class of 15 locomotives built for express passenger work between 1947-1948, being mostly allocated to the Scottish/Northern region of the Eastern Network of BR.
This brass kit-built depiction has been constructed from a David Andrews kit and finished as No. 60535, an engine that was new to York North in 1948 and ended its days at Polmadie in 1965.
