Heljan Finescale O Gauge Class 50 No.50008 'Thunderer' Departmental Blue, Limited Edition

Of the class 50's which received alternative colour schemes, two were painted in to what was generally referred to as 'Laira Blue'. One of these, No.50008 'Thunderer' is depicted here in the form of the Hattons Exclusive Limited Edition model, Heljan reference No.4026. Today, No.50008 is very much alive and well under the ownership of Hanson & Hall and is a regular performer on the main line.
