Heljan Finescale O Gauge Class 50 No.50009 'Conqueror', Weathered

Weathered by Grimy Times this is a lovely example of  Class 50 No.50009 'Conqueror'.  New from Vulcan Works in 1968 as D409 the loco would receive its 'Warship' name some 10 years later at its new home Laira, but would survive only another 13 years before withdrawal and scrapping. A great reminder of railway super-power in the 1980's.
