Heljan's superb model of the Class 52 'Western' is impressively weighty, with a smooth and powerful mechanism. This factory-weathered example (Heljan item no. 5294) portrays 'Western Rifleman' in faded BR blue. New from Crewe Works in 1963 this particular loco was to achieve only 12 years in service before it fell to the cutters torch.
The model is as-new, having never been run by the previous owner.
