Heljan's excellent GWR 61XX Large Prairie appears here in excellent condition depicted as No. 6111. No. 6111 was built new in 1931 and was based at Old Oak Common to work London commuter trains out of London Paddington. Lasting in service until 1965, the locomotive was withdrawn from Didcot Shed that year and sadly later scrapped.

Condition Description |
Model in excellent overall condition with one or two small marks to the paint finish. Vacuum pipe ends have been painted grey to a high standard with some slight minor glue staining around the buffer beam locating lug holes. |
