Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Built as the first 0-6-2T type of locomotive in the Britain, these 0-6-2T were used for various mixed traffic roles. Introduced between 1877-1883 the class numbered 82 locomotives. Unfortunately they started to become underpowered and subsequently withdrawn during the early 1900s with some lasting into LMS days however these were all withdrawn by 1932.
