Constructed to an excellent standard from a Just Like The Real Thing kit, this example of Stanier's 'Black 5' features brass and resin components and requires final decoration and numbering to complete. It captures the character of the prototype superbly and features particularly impressive backhead detail together with an ABC multi-stage motor gearbox.

Condition Description |
In overall excellent condition, with a base coat of overall black applied. There are one or two small chips to the running plate, some rust marks to the buffer faces and rims of the leading wheels and a light scratch to one side of the tender. The loco requires final decorating and numbering to finish. |
