Minerva's excellent range of industrial steam locomotives is represented here by one of their Kerr Stuart 'Victory' tanks, the prototype of which dates back to 1917. This example is in near mint condition and looks to have seen little or no previous use. It features DCC sound on a Zimo decoder, for which full instructions are included, plus a small detailing pack (no etch plates).
