The BR Standard Class 4 engines were built for suburban and mixed traffic work between 1951 and 1956. No. 80000 emerged from Derby Works in 1952 and spent its life in Scotland until withdrawal in 1967. Sancheng's impressive model captures the lovely lines of these engines; this one is fitted with Fosworks radio control and sound and is in excellent condition.
