The Churchward (later Collett) Small Prairies were designed as mixed traffic locomotives, often finding work on rural GWR branchlines due to their light axle loading and powerful traction output. First introduced in 1906, 75 were built; no. 4586 was to the later design (with larger tanks) and remained in service until 1962. This all-brass model from Sancheng is in near mint condition and depicts the loco in 1930s GWR green with 'shirt-button' crest.
