Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Built between 1909 and 1910, 37 'Birdcage' sets were constructed for the SE&CR. The coaches gained the nickname 'Birdcage' due the guards lookout and the end of each brake compartment.
Presented here is a brass constructed depiction of a brake 3rd with a excellently recreated interior complete with passengers.

Condition Description |
Some very minor transfer peel in some places. Coach foot boards are loose. Coach body is not sat on the frame correctly and requires reattaching. Three buffers are attached the wrong way round. Some frosting to the windows and glue stains to the buffer beams. |
