Constructed and finished to a high standard from a David Andrews kit with a mixture of hand and transfer lining, this wonderful example of the Great Centrals 9P/B3 has been finished in an excellent rendition of lined LNER Apple Green.
Designated the GCR's War Memorial Engine, 'Valour' was part of a 6 strong class of express passenger locomotives constructed between 1917-1920. Lasting in service until 1949, this example was withdrawn in 1947 with no members of the class being preserved.
