Since 19 June 2026, EU consumer law requires traders who offer products or services to EU consumers through online interfaces, including websites and mobile applications, to provide a prominently displayed and easy-to-find online withdrawal function.
This page is provided in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, which amends the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you are an eligible EU consumer, you can use this form to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your online purchase contract. You do not need to give a reason.
This withdrawal function is separate from your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. If there is a problem with your order, you may still contact us through our normal customer service channels.
