Fowler's Class 2P locomotives were introduced by the LMS in 1928 and intended primarily for light passenger work. This attractive model, of brass construction has been finished in LMS Lined Black as No. 563, the class pioneer that was based at Templecombe (S&D) Shed all its working life from 1928-1962.

Model in overall excellent condition with a couple of small blemishes to it's paintwork and a slight knock to one cab handrail that is slightly bent from the cabside. Model also has some compensation issues where the rear driving wheel sits slightly too high to the rest of the chassis |
