Showroom
Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Constructed from an College/ACME Models kit, this model of preserved mainline stalwart no. 46201 'Princess Elizabeth' has been constructed and decorated to an excellent standard in BR Maroon. The icing on the royal cake is a professionally weathered finish courtesy of Neil Armitage.
Built in 1933, the locomotive was one of 12 destined for the West Coast Main Line's top express services and served BR until 1962, after which it was preserved. It returned to mainline running in 2002 and is currently undergoing major overhaul.
