This stunning all-brass model depicts one of Japan's C62 express locomotives, which entered service from 1948. These engines ran on Japan's 3ft 6in gauge network and were capable performers, proving particularly useful on steeply graded routes. Two are preserved at Kyoto's railway museum.
From Modello Sette's 'Dynamic Finescale' range, the model runs on 24mm gauge track and features sublime detailing together with a superbly authentic weathered finish by Martin Welch
