Finescale O Gauge (Kit-Built) LMS 'Coronation' Class No. 6228 'Duchess of Rutland' Streamlined Red & Gold

1 item left

Built from a Gladiator kit this model is a fine example of William Staniers ultimate pacific design. Built in 1938 'Rutland' was part of the 38 strong class built for express passenger work on the LMS' West Coast mainline, hauling expresses such as the Royal Scot. De-streamlined in 1947, this locomotive in particular was unfortunately withdrawn and scrapped in 1964.
