Dapol's model of the 'Austerity' 0-6-0 saddle tank depicts the class of 377 locos built during the Second World War, of which 75 passed into LNER ownership and were classified J94. Featuring inside working motion, very good backhead detail and impressively smooth performance, these models capture perfectly the compact but powerful nature of the prototype.
This example (item no. 7S-094-002) has been moderately weathered in-house to mirror the generally careworn condition in which these locos were to be found.
