Constructed, decorated and weathered professionally from a DJB kit, this excellent example of Bullied's light Pacific has been finished as no. 34107 'Blandford Forum'. Featuring extra detailing such as copper piping and excellent cab detail, the model has also been hand lined to a high standard and completed with a light weathering.
The West Country Class were built as lightweight versions of the Southern Railway's Merchant Navy class, featuring smaller boilers, fireboxes, wheel bases and cylinders. Built between 1945-1951, the class featured many of Bulleid's wartime cost-saving features.
