Showroom
Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Introduced under the design of Bowen-Cooke for passenger workings, 90 of these 4-4-0s were constructed between 1910-1915 at Crewe Works. Named after the succession of King George V, the class lasted in service until 1948 and sadly no examples were preserved.
This beautiful depiction of possible David Andrews/Javelin origin has been professionally constructed and finished from brass components and finished in LNWR Lined Black as No. 1188 'Penmaenmawr'.
