Showroom
Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
A rarity in O Gauge this charming SDJR Liveried Fox & Walker 0-6-0ST has been finished as no. 4 in the company's beautiful Prussian Blue livery from a Mercian Models kit. Featuring brass construction, ABC gearbox and DCC Sound, the model has also been upgraded in-house with a gloss and weathered finish courtesy of Faye Moore.
Introduced between 1874-1876, 9 of these 0-6-0s were supplied by Fox & Walker (later Peckett & Sons) for banking duties on the Bath Extension. Lasting into LMS ownership, the class were eventually all withdrawn and later scrapped by 1934.
