Showroom
Our Skipton showroom is open weekdays 9am until 5pm and by appointment on weekends.
Along with their Class 44 and Class 46 siblings, the class 45s were one of BR's heaviest and most imposing locomotives. Generally to be found working cross-country routes from the North East to the South West they also dominated the Midland main line for almost 20 years.
This example shows the type in an early 1960's livery with a professional, light weathered finish. The model is in mint condition and is an excellent runner, fully fitted with DCC sound and fully functional working lights.
