The Ffestiniog Railway employed five 'Double Fairlies' from 1869, and the engines proved a great success on this challenging route. The railway has since commissioned three new-build engines to a similar design.
This beautiful Sancheng model – a rarity on the pre-owned market, especially with handlining – has been finished in a wonderful representation of Ffestiniog's lined green livery and requires nameplates to complete.
