Constructed in 1930 - 1931, the PRR class 01 were built to complement the development of the New York to Washington Electrification project. These locomotives were used predominantly for short passenger journeys between Newark, New Jersey and Pennsylvania station and were eventually withdrawn during the mid 1960s.
This is an impressive model by any standard from Californian manufacturer Sunset Models and is in excellent overall condition. This brass model boasts working lights, a factory paint finish, excellent running capabilities and posable pantographs.

Condition Description |
The Model is in excellent overall condition with only a few cosmetic imperfections. The model is missing two cab windows which will need to be replaced. Aside from this, the model has only a few superficial defects including: A minor scratch on the pantograph, a scratch to the cylinder tanks and a few boxing blemishes across the body. |
