A rare, unique opportunity to acquire Bluebell's preserved Q Class no. 30541 with Bullied Chimney and steam reverser. Currently under restoration back into working traffic, this excellent brass-constructed example of the locomotive has received a wonderful weathered finish in-house courtesy of Faye Moore.
Introduced in 1938 under the design of Richard Maunsell, 20 of these useful 0-6-0s were introduced just before World War II for use on medium-distance freight workings. Lasting inservice until 1965, one example, no. 30541 has been preserved.
